Returns & Exchanges

We hope that your Fragrance House of Morgan Paris™ purchase exceeds your expectations.

 

Due to the nature of our products, including personal care, bath & body, skincare, fragrance, and home fragrance collections, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or previously handled merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at morganparisskinboutique@gmail.com and include photographs of:

• The damaged product(s)
• The interior packaging
• The exterior shipping carton

We will review the claim and work promptly toward a resolution.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, fragrance preferences, or products that have been opened, used, or handled after delivery.

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Texas.

 

At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) via UPS Ground. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

To simplify your shopping experience, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied to all orders and will be displayed during checkout prior to purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we strive to ensure prompt processing and shipment, Fragrance House of Morgan Paris™ is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Please note that UPS does not count the shipment date, weekends, or recognized holidays as transit days when calculating delivery estimates.
